| My First Day: born 1966 in Birkenfeld/Nahe,
Germany |

| My Profession: originally I made an
apprenticeship as "Maschinenschlosser" (some kind of mechanical
engineer) and have later on upgraded to become a "Technischer Betriebswirt".
I am working as Export Sales Engineer for the AustralAsian export department of a
large machine and technical plant manufacturer and I am mainly responsible for
the Australian market, but doing jobs in other Asian countries like China,
Singapore or India as well. It's quite not too boring and kind of a multiple-task
job. |

| My Hobbies and Interests: oh, all too much !
Besides playing with the kids I am mainly interested in space, space-research and
space-missions, like to learn languages and travel as well as computer and
internet related issues. So one day, after having created quite some web-projects
on my own, I've got the idea to create this site - www.sassmannshausen.org - in
order to do at least one useless thing in my life. (this was mainly because
our name is oh so unique!) |

| My way: I grew up in a family of 6 children,
being the 3rd one born and used to live in Idar-Obertein until I married 5 years ago (1995).
I have 2 children, my son Lukas (1997) and my little daughter Celina-Tamani,
who was born in 1999. |
